Japanese Jiyu-ningyo (free pose doll) of a young girl in a furisode silk crepe kimono with wisteria maiden motif of wisteria blossoms and festival cap in bands of yellow and purple, silver brocade obi with colorful plover designs, embroidered silk obi jime and fawn spot silk crepe obi age, lightly pigmented gofun with inset glass eyes, painted details, short cropped real hair in an okappa style, well formed hands and feet, modified jiyu-style with posable arms, but limited leg movement, minor repair at neck, 14-1/2” High
