A63007 Japanese Takeda-ningyo depicting an archer, classic takeda form with dramatic posture, half turned body, extended leg, elaborately embroidered sleeve panel, with water wheel design, two red long swords at the hip, bow in left hand, arrow clothed in right, quiver of arrows with black velvet treatment attached to back, signature circular falconer’s cap on the head, face with aggressive, grimacing features, silk fiber hair, mounted on black lacquer display base with front aperture panel, minor fading, signs of wear, loss to topknot, overall fine condition.
